deleted global horizontal navigation stack - want it back

Hi,
I just started using concrete5, so I do not have any content in. I wanted to create a simple page with no links while I built up my content and so I then deleted the horizontal nav bar. I think it may be gone for good, so before I edit my other pages I wanted to know
1) if I can get it back easily
2) if not, can I reinstall something essentially start over.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the theme but that did not work.

Your terminology could be a but misleading: c5 does have 'stacks', but I don't think you deleted one. It sounds like you deleted the Autonav block. You can add a new one where the old one was. That's a good beginner exercise!

You might find that it doesn't look the same as it used to. You may need to change its 'Design and Custom Template' to 'Responsive Header Navigation'.

It was that last step "responsive navigation" that did it. Thanks!
