Double Login

I've just moved our website from a host to Godaddy(paid hosting) as well as the domain name. Just before I transfered the site I had deleted one of two folders called (5.4.0.1 I guess) under updates folder, but not the latest update which is 5.4.1.1. Then I transfered the site. Now the site is working fine, but I have 2 problems.

1. When I login the site, it loads the same login page again, like as I refresh the page, then I put my username and password again and it works and takes me to dashboard.
2. After I transfered the site, I realized that the page versions are old, so I updated the whole website page by page again. At least, they were old by just 2 months(I think this was the time I updated the version of C5).

I don't know where I did wrong. #2 is not a problem for me anymore but, if someone can help me about the first problem, I would be so happy.

Thanks in advance.

Note: Before I started transferring, I had changed the php5.ini file as instructed in one of the forum pages on concrete5 website.

First of all, thanks for trying to help me, but after I posted to the forums, I installed login block add-on and added that on one of the pages, then I didn't have any problem, however when I try to login from "/index.php/login/" page (default login page), I still have that problem.

Hopefully, that information may be helpful for you and others who wants to help me with this issue.

Do you still think that I have DNS caching problem? or is it something else? and I am sorry but I don't know too much about DNS, so the report that page created does not make any sense to me.

This is old, but i found the topic looking for the same issue but with v5.6.1.2

Sometimes the page permissions dont propagate correctly across the site when updating a site to a new version.

1. Try going to the Site map and click on Options, check Show system pages check box
2. Click on Login page and select Page permissions. Make sure that Who can view this page? has Guest selected.

That solved the problem for me.

You might also want to select Full page caching and select do not cache this page in case that doesnt work.
