Email Setting

Does any one have a working solution for email ( PHP MAIL or SMTP)? if i use phpmail i get an unknown error and if i use smtp i get "Username and Password not accepted".

if i cannot get this feature to work, it looks like i will have to junk concrete and start from scratch with another solution.

i've tried forums and google and none of the solutions work.

Same Problem... Worked with my host.. no solution yet... OPENSSL is enabled too. Please help.. Concrete5 sends admin emails but won't send emails to user who registered and email test has errors.
