Error after server maintenance

I had a Concrete5 website installed on my server. The hosting company (Arvixe) preformed "unscheduled maintenance" after they did a server mitigation, and now all my C5 installations give a 500 error. I have contacted them for help but they can only give me information to help me.

INFORMATION:
*Other sites installed with Softaculous are fine, except Joomla does not work and gives a 500 error.
*Wordpress works.
*PHP works.
*My site is starfireaerospace.com

That's all the information I can give.
I have no other ideas for how to fix this problem, and if I cannot fix it I will have to abandon Concrete5 for something else. :'(

- Try and find the server logs, see if you can spot an error message there
- Try commenting out your htaccess file, sometimes they can cause 500 errors
- Check in your cPanel what PHP version is running. Try changing to a different version, something like php5.4

I'm scratching my head as to the support you've received though. If they did a migration and broke your sites, surely they'd help to fix these problems..? Can you not get them on the phone and ask them to take a look? This isn't some concrete5 bug, this is more of a hosting level issue, that's what their support should be helping with.

If you can't get basic support for something like this, then I'd be changing hosts.

In contrast, the 3 or so main hosting providers we use all have phone support that answers within about 3 minutes and great email support - that why we use them!

I also have several C5 sites on an Arvixe Server. In the past I used Softaculous to install and upgrade my C5 sites. Now all these sites are listed as "Disabled Script Installations" In asking their "support" people, all I get is "Now we do not offer Concrete5 from Softaculous." No explanation of why?

Is something going on between C5 and Arvixe?
