Error on install: "Unable to locate database import file"

Hello!
Am attempting to install concrete5 on a new server. All seems to be working correctly, except that when I input the database information and attempt to complete the install I get the error : "Unable to locate database import file".
Can anyone provide any insight?

That's implying that your concrete/config/db.xml file is missing or unreadable - did you upload the files using FTP? Perhaps some of the files got lost in the transfer?
