Concrete5 version 5.5
File Manager > With Selected > Download

When I try to download a file from file manager, I get a 1 KB file with an error in it.

Error Contents
Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for /home/masterri/public_html/conc/files/tmp/waBc7ygxwAhP.zip in /home/masterri/public_html/conc/concrete/core/helpers/file.php on line 117

Warning: fopen(/home/masterri/public_html/conc/files/tmp/waBc7ygxwAhP.zip) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/masterri/public_html/conc/concrete/core/helpers/file.php on line 136

I have seen several posts about this adn the solutions vary, none of which have worked for me so far, and the one that might, I'm not savvy enough to implement? Does anyone know when downloads stopped working? I picked up Concrete5 on version 5.5. I've gone so far as to take out an extra subscription with my web host just to fidddle around, and will continue to, but so far no luck.

I examined each of the line in the error above, and they look like implementations of definitions created elsewhere in the file, or another file similar to how CSS works, however I know 0 about PHP. Complete newbie, and know very little about Concrete5.

I've resorted to putting all my content into nicely organized folders Too bad I can't use sets.

I've attached the offending file for reference. Change the .zip to .htm to make it readable
