File Manager Upload Bar Vanished

Permalink 1 user found helpful
Hi,

Running C5 5.4.2.1 and using Firefox and/or Safari. In admin in the File Manager the upload bar that displayed on the top right vanished. Cleared Cache and no luck.

Any ideas? I searched the forum with no luck in finding an answer.

Regards,
Tommy

in admin screen under File Manager>Access there is an "Allowed File Types" box. If that is empty then the upload buttons wont be displayed.

This is what I have in mine
flv, jpg, gif, jpeg, ico, docx, xla, png, psd, swf, doc, txt, xls, csv, pdf, tiff, rtf, m4a, mov, wmv, mpeg, mpg, wav, avi, mp4, mp3, qt, ppt, kml, xml, zip, rar

Its in "Permissions & Access" under "Allowed File Types"... Just enter in the files types you wish to accept and you should be good.

I'm posting this to a few threads in an attempt to tie up loose ends. We eventually discovered that the missing Allowed File Types list wasn't caused by one-click installers or the core upgrade script, but rather a couple of specific concrete5 Marketplace add-ons. See this thread for more info:
