Can you confirm that you can install other addons via your dashboard?

If not, ensure the correct permissions are set on the /packages folder and that curl is enabled on the server. (These are checked on install, but they can change later).

Hi Mike,

Yes, I can download/install other add-ons.

What else could be the problem that I cannot download the social links add-on?

Thanks for helping me out.

Hey Kim,

Looks like there is a problem with the zip archive, I have alerted the Addon Creator and they should resolve the issue pretty quickly.

I asked them to respond here when it is resolved.

Thanks

Great Mike. Thank you.

I hope this will be resolved soon. I reached out to Formigo prior, but so far I'm still waiting. Hopefully you'll be more successful.

Best,

Kim

Hi Mike,

We responded to this issue here -http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/formigo-social-links/su... We never received the final response notification for whatever reason? Although checking the thread we can see there was a response.

The reason why this add-on would not install we thought was because the user already had this installed via one of our theme packages 'Urban' - furthermore we could not find the license associated between the user and the 'Urban' package...

The Social Links package has been unchanged since March 2012 -https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/manage_files/-/972/.... Since then I believe over 1200 licenses have been used without issue so is there any reason this package would have changed or become corrupt since without us touching it? Downloading it we can see it won't uninstall anymore...

We can upload a new package either way.

I'll forward this on to the core team to see why this became corrupted,
thanks for your response.

Hi,

Isn't it possible to uninstall the add-on and reinstall?
Can you do that on your end? I only have the option to download, not to delete the add on.

Thank you.

Kim, you should be able to download the add-on to your site now.

I am having the same issue. I extracted it on my IIS Server in the packages folder and it is not showing up as a choice to be installed on my site. How did you fix this previously?

Nevermind, figured it out.
