Fresh 8.3.2 install, can't sign in

Hello,

I have installed C5 8.3.2 with a fresh install, but I can't sign in. I'm getting this error, and I don't know what should I do :

Argument 1 passed to Concrete\Core\Permission\IPService::getRangeType() must implement interface IPLib\Address\AddressInterface, null given, called in /nfs/c02/h10/mnt/26856/domains/dixitcoaching.com/html/concrete/src/Permission/IPService.php on line 111 and defined

Any idea to make it work ? Thank you.

Do you have a choice of php version on your web server? For example, if you are running php7.2, you could try php7.1.

Hopefully any lingering php7+ issues will be caught on the coming 8.4 release.

The latest I can have is 7.0.6 CGI, there isn't a more recent version.
And it still doesn't work, I still have the issue.

What I meant was to try an earlier version of php.

I've got an update: it seems like I can connect with an other computer, but not on mine. I deleted cookies, cache, tried to restart my computer, change user, nothing is working.
I really need help at this point.

Try a different browser on your computer. Chrome, in particular, can be problematic.

Long Shot..
If this is a windows machine try going to the run command and enter the following...
ipconfig /flushdns

Hello, the problem has been solved, it appears that the ssl certificate wasn't working on the website, and the unsecured connection make the dashboard connection impossible.

Thanks for all your responses !
