Going Live, Not!

Please forgive what may seem idiotic but my only other website experience is with ZenCart. I have edited my site,made my pages and it all looks fine to me. Hopefully will make it better with time and experience....... but cannot get the site to go live. No, the site is not in maintenance mode . From my hosting control panel I have two link options, A) Primary Domain - Which takes me tohttp://marksurridge-stringinstrumentrepair.co.uk/index.php... or B) Temporary Address - which takes me tohttp://marksurridge-stringinstrumentrepair-co-uk.stackstaging.com/.... Search from Google turns up "Your search -http://marksurridge-stringinstrumentrepair.co.uk... - did not match any documents." Any ideas?
You can get it located and checked by telling your google account about the site and placing a keyed html file (that google provides) in the site root to verify the site against your google account.
You should also run the sitemap job in the c5 dashboard.
