Got an error upgrading to 5.1.0 from RC1

Error that pops up after I click "Upgrade":

Error occurred while upgrading: mysql error: [1142: INDEX command denied to user 'ldggcom1_site'@'localhost' for table 'BlockTypes'] in EXECUTE("DROP INDEX btHandle ON BlockTypes")

Any ideas?

I just needed to give my database user the ability to INDEX. You may want to add that to the Readme? It doesn't state that anywhere.
