Can anyone tell me what this means?

I am new to this stuff.
I was trying to add a RSS feed block to my home page but I did somethign wrong and it didn't work so I tryed to remove it and then update my edits when it started doing this "Unable to connect to database. A database error occurred while processing this request." I contacted my hoast with this and they found the "line 1683" thing but said they didn't know what it was.

Any help would be great.
