HELP! After update to 5.6.1.2 my site is completely messed up.

I just upgraded to 5.6.1.2 and my whole page is totally messed up! And all of my CSS files are moved around. I just want to go back to the way it was! Can someone please help me!?!?!

I backed up and there does not seem to be an easy way to restore the backup! Can someone please help! How can a simple thing like an upgrade destroy the entire site!? And i was using the default theme for C5, too! This is weeks of work DESTROYED!
