How to automatically convert HTML website to concrete5

Is there any software which can automatically convert my <a href="http://ofme.net">ofme.net</a> HTML website to this CMS

To give you a short answer: no.

You need a developer or implement code yourself, as robots/computers are not smart enough to do a one-click-convert from HTML to Concrete5 (just yet). But perhaps if you wait (long enough), they will be :-)
