how to disconnect projects

Permalink 1 user found helpful
How can I get rid of old versions of a Project that are connected to the community if those sites are no longer working or able to be logged into and disconnected from within the dashboard?

I have gone live with several different Concrete5 sites now but would like to clean up and disconnect the original beta versions that are no longer accessible or even no longer in existence, but are still showing up in the list of Projects.

Thanks,
-Sherri

If you go to your Projects page:
http://www.concrete5.org/profile/projects/...

Click on the project you want to get rid of and then click on "Edit Project" in the right sidebar.

There will be a Delete Project button on that page.

I actually saw that but there are multiple "Found Locations" within one project, most of which are beta versions but there is also a live version, all within the same project. There does not seem to be a way to delete the individual found locations associated with the project. And in some cases, I cannot log in to their dashboards as they no longer actually exist.

Perhaps if I delete the entire project, then I may be able to go back in and reconnect the one live one that is relevant. Hopefully that will not mess up the add-ons that I purchased for that project.

Thanks for the reply.

Definitely release any add-ons BEFORE you delete the project.

Otherwise they will stay tied to that one I think. You can re-add them when you re-add the project.

Yeah, I have some projects that have old beta URLs. I don't think there's a way to get rid of them.
