http error 500

Hi I'm having trouble installing concrete 5. I installed the latest version concrete 8.1.0 on as a fresh new install on a cpanel in the file manager with a host called hostingground.com in Nepal. After choose language, I got all the check marks green to go, continue installatinon... but when I continue I get a HTTP 500 error and can't move forward. I asked my host and they don't know why, they did all the php things... any ideas? Hope you can help, I really want to work in concrete 5. It looks amazing in the youtube tutorials and that is how I discovered it and followed Jessica's install tutorial. Thanks Connie

Hi

It's really difficult to help here. HTTP 500 error is a generall error. For helping out a more precise error message is needed.

Can your hosting-partner help in getting some detailed errors in php-logs?
Then your can post it here again. This would help to see in which direction to help you.

best regards, Roland

Another one is to increase max_execution_time in php.ini to a larger time amount.
