I cannot update add ons

I have notifications on concrete5 that 13 of my add ons now have updates. When I click on "update add-on" it takes me to a screen that does not have anyway for me to update. The new screen only shows 5 add-on updates and they are all themes.
These are the add-ons that with updates that I am trying to update: Traffic and statistics, mailing list, pop-up and RSS feeds.

Please help

I have the same problem in trying to update the ecommerce package, it says no update available, however it is many versions out of date.

I am having the same problem, I thought it may have been the version of concrete5 that I was using, 5.4.1.1 So I upgraded yesterday (happened to be looking into this issue when the update came out) and I cannot update the eCommerce package which needs to be done before I can install an add-on that uses it.

Maybe there is a folder the packages needs or a permissions issue? When updating concrete5 it needs an update folder before it will update.

Never mind! I found out what MY problem was, the project I am working on had another project with the same name, I was looking at the wrong project. The person that originally installed the add-ons had TWO projects with the same name, one was a dev environment, the other had the live site. So the licenses had to be disassociated from one project and associated to the other. I would have never noticed if I had not logged into C5 from the add-ons panel in the dashboard. *head desk*

I'm having a similar issue with my copy of Scrapbook Tabs. There is no way for me to upgrade to the newer 1.2 version. I even purchased the new 1.2 version yesterday and my site STILL won't upgrade it.

ALSO...I am no longer able to upload files/images in File Manager. Where did the browse and download go??

Check permissions on the tmp and trash folders.

I've had three or four sites now where I have had to recreate the folders, transfer the content from existing to the new and set the permissions. For some reason the existing folders would not hold the permissions settings and when recreated (and the old ones renamed), things started working again.
