I have php5.ini & cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1 in it!!! ...but still

error: Support for C5 Request URLs
Concrete cannot parse the PATH_INFO or ORIG_PATH_INFO information provided by your server.

GoDaddy hosting / domain setup as secondary inside folder with php5.ini and sql done.

What am I missing?
