iCal Timezone - iCal Calendar Block

I can't seem to figure this out, nor have I found anything that works.
I am using the iCal Events Calendar add-on, and it has an "iCal" Rss feeds feature, but when I test it (or the client's users use it), it downloads the calendar items in the wrong timezone.
How do I set it, or change it, to use the user's local timezone for the calendar they are importing into??
