install C5 into setup server/domain not working

I have setup all aspects of C5 into my domain (done many times b4) and now I am using my browser to enter URL and all i get is a blank browser window. I should be getting the install screen for my domain force-majeure.ca
any ideas why this si happening. I did make the write permission changes to r config/ files/ packages/ rwx rwx r-x
it seems to not be resolving for some unknown reason. I have loaded V C5.6.1 works all the time for me standard from my computer with CuteFTP.
Is in httpdocs
any ideas??? how to resolve???
is one of the index files for root supposed to be disabled, If yes i can not remember which one and how???

Yes this is correct.
using for this purpose V 5.6.1 also trying 5.6.3.3 to see if that might help my efforts.
just commenting that I hae used these concrete versions b4 and they work fine.
I repeat.
When I enter my URL froce-majeure.ca into browser and hit enter, nothing happens just a blank browser tab comes up.
I have tried to clear my cache, (using firefox browser) but have tried others with this. issue

you need to check web server logs to find the problem
yes working now have done all that, but now having problem remembering on the install page what reply goes in the SERVER box under database info

You mentioned 5.6.1 but I can't tell if that is your version, or if you are commenting how 5.6.1 works.
