Install/ cannot parse PATH_INFO - RESOLVED

Permalink 1 user found helpful
I'm attempting to move a site from localhost to a webserver and I was unable to connect the ftp files to the database so I decided to do a fresh install of concrete5 to see if I could find anything wrong with that.

Athttp://eclinical.exstream.tv it now shows the initial concrete5 screen but under the "supports concrete5 request URLs" there is a red circle and an error that says "cannot parse PATH_INFO or ORIG_PATH_INFO, etc." There is an additional error message at the bottom saying the following:

Warning: Unknown: open(D:\Webs\newe910002\data\php\session\sess_60uphfssnqp4u4t76bul63bcb4, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (D:\Webs\newe910002\data\php\session) in Unknown on line 0

It sounds like a server config error, so I'm just hoping the people at the webhost no how to resolve this issue with the information I have so far.

There doesn't appear to be a /newe910002/data/... file anywhere in the concrete5 install so I'm not sure where this is coming from.

I also set the site up on an Apache server, but it's being migrated to IIS. Not my choice.

Figured it out. All I had to do was create the file directory:

\newe910002\data\php\session
