Install error in 5.6.1.2

When trying to do a new install of 5.6.1.2 I am getting the following error
Fatal error: Class 'BlockType' not found in www/concrete/core/libraries/content/importer.php on line 279
Have a had a look online and cannot find anything to add to this, all details are correct and the pervious install of 5.6.1 worked without issue
Can anyone shed any light on this ?
All tables are installed succesfully also

I have reinstalled the older version 5.6.0.2 and no errors so must be a config issue. Having read some I think is possibly due to the database config on my host or php config
I'm running 5.6.1.2 without issue on a WAMP platform. Is it possible the download you have has become corrupt in some way? That's happened to me once or twice.
If I got that error, I would drop the db, remove all the concrete files from htdocs, get a fresh download, unzip to htdocs and run the install again.
It might seem like using a sledgehammer to crack what might only be a nut, but it's quick.

Yes, i was wondering if it had got corrupted myself I will try this is a clean install anyway so no big issue to dump and start again. Will try a new download and install Thanks
