Install New Concrete5 on Hosting

Hey do any hosts (go daddy, blue host etc) let you do a automatic install of the new version 7? I have seen host let you instantly install the concrete version 5.something but what about version 7?

If your hosting provider includes softaculous in their cpanel, you have a very easy way to install concrete5 - and you have a choice of 5.6 or 5.7.
You can set automatic updates, or to be notified when an update is available. The update can be installed via softaculous.

It also provides a mechanism for backups for you concrete5 site.

I have switched hosting providers very recently and a main requirement was softaculous.

I have installed both (my choice) on my personal account at Arvixe.
eguest is correct in stating both installation versions are available using the Softaculous installer with any host that offers it.
You can, of course, always manually upload via ftp your version of choice with most hosting providers as well.

Hello mydoboa,

You can install the latest version of Concrete5 using Softaculous, with WebHosting Hub. Here is a link to a walk-through guide I did:

Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.

Thank you,
