Installation is stucked

Hi there
I am doing a fresh concrete5 5.7.5.3 install on a server at DK hosting provider.
Upon installation it does not load all the necessary items and is missing:
Supports concrete5 request URLs
Thus I can't proceed the setup process.
I have been in contact with the hosting provider, but to no avail.
If any of you tell me what this means, and how I can solve this issue, I will be very grateful.
