Installation just stops

I uploaded C5. Went to my website to do the install. I entered all the database info etc. Then I click on install empty site. It starts showing the install bar, then immeditaly shows the attached screen. When i click on back, it starts acting like it's installing again, but shows this screen again. any help??? This is version 5.7.5.13
