Try placing this script somewhere at your hosting account and then request the script from your browser:

<?php
var_dump(glob(__DIR__));

And post the results here (e.g. a screenshot).

Thank you for your reply. But I am not a Information Technology man.

I would have expected a clean installation of Concrete5 as a end user...

Now, i think i will use an another CMS...

Best regards.

The issue you are having is probably an issue with your server environment. concrete5 requires a default installation of PHP, there are certain server environments that might not work properly for it if incorrectly configured. It is impossible to say without any further details on the situation.

The script provided above would've given that information. If you don't know how to create that script, attached in this message is the same script in ZIP package. All you need to do is to extract that file into the root of your hosting account and then visit:
www. yoursite.com/test.php

Where "www. yoursite.com" is the URL of your site.

As you're not a "technology guy", it's probably useless to say why I'm asking this but I personally suspect that the PHP's "glob" function is disabled in your server environment which causes this error. The provided script would help to see if this is the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for this track !

Regarding your information, I have to discuss with my provider Oxito... but I can't take of my time to solve this installation problem.

I have now a CMS who is working well now : SPIP.

May be I will use a further release of Concrete5.

Best regards.
