Installing C5 5.6 using WAMP on Windows 7 - Cookies?

Hi guys
I am trying to setup a local copy of C5 using WAMP (for the first time) I've got to the point of install where C5 runs its checks but its telling me that cookies aren't enabled.
Where in WAMP can I configure this to make it work? Any ideas?

Anyone got any ideas on this? Would appreciate even the daft ones!
A couple of random thoughts:
- Browser cookie settings
- Antivirus such as Norton (I name Norton because often having Norton installed is like having a virus take over)
