Installing Concrete5 in IIS

I just downloaded the package of Concrete5 and copy-pasted those files in the folder "htdocs" of apache (in xampp) to bring the website live.
Could someone please let me know of the steps to host the website in IIS instead of apache?

Hi,
Did you get anywhere with this? I am having routing issues on the server, and have totally failed to install it locally.
