Installing from backups

Hi,
My hosting ran out and the compny deleted my site files.
I have them all backed up in zip file and have the mysql file.
How can I install on new hosting without getting an error. I have followed the sets in onhttp://www.concrete5.org/documentation/installation/moving_a_site/...
But as the site is not setup I can't delete cache or turn off pretty urls
Can anyone help

Try doing a clean install of the same version of C5 that you were running, then copy blocks, files, packages (and any other root directories you edited files in) to your new server, restore the database and copy the password salt from your original site.php so your passwords work.
