I am getting an error message and the testing thing says I need to disable PHP ASP something. How do I do that? Thanks.

Hello
could you paste the exact error message here?

Hi! Thank you for replying! I contacted ipage about it and they are working on it. So far they have upped my query limit for some reason and now my ip addy is banned, so.... let me see if they can get me going and if not, then I will holler back here.

Thank you again for your willingness to help an old lady who hasn't worked on her website for about 2 or 3 years and thought she was doing a good thing going from the 5.6 to the 5.7. ;) I seem to remember that I had trouble last time I installed concrete 5.

My ipage account will be through next October and I am gonna switch providers. Hopefully, I will find one that is more savvy about concrete 5. Do you have any recommendations?. It is a personal, not a business website. Thank you again.

The core team here has a list of recommended hosts. For a personal website you shoud probably choose a shared host.

Here's the list provided here on concrete5.org

I personally only tried Bluehost and they were ok. One of my clients stayed with them for 2 years and she never had a problem.
