I am installing a development site with version 5.6.3.4 to try and resolve some problems we are having on a production site but the install is not resulting in a fully working site. When I try to add a block it goes to an "old school" html page rather than the form I expect. The same thing occurs if I try to use any function on a page from the right-click in the full sitemap such as editing the page properties. I have attached a couple of examples. What would cause this formatting failure in concrete5? What did I miss in the install process?
