I have downloaded Concrete 5. I can not figure out how to install it. I am not familiar with PHP and don't really know what I am doing, I need basic instructions on how to install.
However I have created a beautiful website through squarespace and am in need of concrete 5 to add member log in services to my site... But I can't even figure out installation.. sigh. Please help. Thanks!

It looks like you are trying to combine two totally different website CMS (squarespace & C5).
I don't believe the two systems are compatible. In order to use the User registration features of Concrete5, you'd have to build your site using Concrete5.
If you'd like to try that, don't hesitate to post questions on how to best accomplish it.
