Invalid username or password

I have two sites whose user and password are the same.
But after I move my sites to a new server with backup, I can`t login the A site.
I try to see the info in database, and I found the user name and password(encrypted) are all the same. But I can only login the B site, and with the same user and password, it shows Invalid username or password in A site.
How can I solve this problem? Is these only because any wrong config?

Having two identical sites in subdirectories can lead to problems with the cookies, as the cookie domain is usually the basic URL without any following subdirectories.
I think this needs to be reflected in the configuration somehow.
Can you access the logs of the server to see what is going on when that error is triggered?
