iPage 403 Forbidden after using Simple Scripts

I just installed c5 via SimpleScripts on my iPage hosting. Now when I try to go to my /index.php/login I get a 403 Forbidden that I don't have access. Someone suggested .htaccess but I have no idea what I'm doing there, any help?
