Issue Log in into my web page after upgrading

Permalink
We made an upgrade to Concrete 5.5.2.1 and now we can´t access to our site to edit the page. It doesn´t say wrong user name or password it just doesn´t work and go back to the web page. I need any help asap as I have to update my page.

I´ve tried asking for a new password. I am new at Concrete5 and I did not design the page. My web page ishttp://www.cocoafiesta.com.

Thank you in advance for any help you could give me.

Does it make a difference if you check the "Remember me - remain logged into web site" box at login?

I see the login name is the email account instead of user name. Has it always been this?
If your login is correct (and as suggested the "keep me logged in" is checked), try manually entering the dashboard address after attempting login ( http://www.cocoafiesta.com/index.php/dashboard/... )

I´ve tried both and nothing happens.
I enter to the dashboard before as you suggested but I can´t see my page and click on each block to edit. I see another picture when I go towww.www.cocoafiesta.com/index.php/dashboard...

Any other suggestion. I´m not an expert

Thank you

Some older themes were missing the following
<?php Loader::element('footer_required'); ?>
just before the closing tags in the footer.php and the edit bar would not show after upgrading.
Look in your themes footer.php and add it if missing
this file is in your themes Elements folder
(Your theme is likely to be found in the root "packages" folder on your server)
