I went live with my site late last night and have a couple issues:

1. When I try to log in, it will only allow me if I click the "stay logged in" box.

2. When I click on the + to drop down the sub pages in the site map, I get "access denied."

3. My edit bar is gone on the pages. It was there earlier today but is gone now. I've already checked the code in the footer, cleared the cache, turned off pretty URLs and the problem still exists.
