Javascript Enabled problem

Hi,

I'm having trouble with my Concrete5 installation and wondered if someone could help as I can't find the solution to the problem anywhere online unfortunately.

I'm getting a problem come up with Javascript Enabled – it's on in my browsers, I've not moved any files or tweaked anything in any way.

I've checked the developer console in Safari and it seems to be highlighting something – I'm a designer not a developer, so can't understand the meaning of it, therefore would be very grateful if someone might be able to interpret the problem for me please!

Here's what it's reporting:

bootstrap.twipsy.js:29TypeError:'undefined' is not a function (evaluating '$(document)')

Anyone got any ideas as to what this means please?

Thanks in advance!

There are most likely some other errors you're not seeing, and my guess would be on an addon that's not compatible that got updated recently. If you're comfortable posting a link to your site, please do so or PM me with it if you're not.
