Link between Concrete 5 account and plugins to my website broken Help ?

I am new to Concrete5 I had purchased two themes and a couple of image sliders. But whilst editing my site I had the small circle timer spinning waiting on the centre of the page whist updating a block, it continued to stay there for nearly 25 minutes and crashed. Consequently the full conrete5 edit bar when i logged into the site again was blank all the way across with no way to edit my site.

So as im new (maybe ive done the wrong thing), I reinstalled concrete5 on the domain from my Cpanel and tried to re attach the themes and plugins i have purchased from my Concrete5 account after logging into my site but cannot apply them to the same site now.

Any help would be much appreciated thanks I hope I have not wasted money and have to but them again.....

As I understand, a new install has a different token in the db. so your connection to Concrete5 would appear as a new site. You can remove the licenses from your old Project page (and remove the original project) so that the add-ons can be re-assigned.

Word of caution: some image add-ons will behave badly if you installed them to a page and saved without images assigned to them. Also... oversized images will also cause negative behavior. Check both instances prior to saving the page going forward. If you do save too large an image, you can sometimes revert to an earlier page version from the sitemap to restore your page.
