Linking Mega Menu to PayPal "View Cart"

Hello,
I have added a "view cart" to the mega menu, but don't know how to link it to the actual PayPal cart for my site. The code generated by PayPal is half a paragraph long which also includes code for their "view cart" button. What's the trick to making this link using the mega menu rather then the PayPal "view cart" button?
