Lost all profiles

Things were working well until somehow I have screwed up all my members profiles. All I get is page not found.
What have I done and how do I fix it!

Are you getting any mysql errors?
your database might have dropped those tables for some reason.

Did you turn pretty urls on? If so, you need to verify that your .htaccess is correctly configured. I can help you with that if that is your issue.
