Mailing List Add on Help

Help! I bought and am trying to install the mailing list add on. It's installed but it's not showing any content in the middle section of the dashboard. So I can see the tab on the left, but I can't interact with it in any way. I tried other browsers and that's not the issue. I'm desperate to get this up tonight (of course!) so any help is greatly appreciated!
