I have been trying to install concrete5 and keep getting this error:

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81 bytes) in [concrete5.5.1]/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/adodb/adodb.inc.php on line 1052"

What does that mean?

I thought I had followed the instructions onhttp://www.concrete5.org/documentation/installation/installing_conc... and can not figure out if this error is related to permissions or lack of memory on my "unlimited" hosting site.
