Migrate sections of existing site pages into C5

Existing 220 pg. site. Can't change design, or import entire pages into C5, use a template or rebuild site. Need to just bring in center sections of pages into C5 for client to edit. Is there a way to do this?

Select. Copy. Paste. (220 times)

I would copy and paste the content into a basic text editor such as WordPad and format it in there before pasting into Concrete5, as that may save you time removing existing formatting (simply copying and pasting adds spans, class names and other junk to your code) or reformatting the plain text (paste as plain text is good, but means you have to add headings and adjust paragraphs). You might find you can do a mass find and replace to clean up messy code ready for pasting it into your new site. Another option is to try pasting the text into the C5 text editor and using the Clean Up Code tool within the editor, but my experiences of that have been varied.

Nice idea, but we can't change the top headings and bottom sections, as they are quite complex.
Basically, a CMS that can do "editable regions", without changing any of the other parts of the page. I am hoping C5 can do this, but haven't found it in the documentation.
