Migrated files and database before concrete 5 softaculous installation

I am in the process of migrating files and database to our new server, and have fone so via ftp. In doing so, the website and all pages work, but I have just realised that I haven't got concrete5 installed (via softaculous), therefore I am unable to login to the backend as there is no attached CMS.

I understand I may have done this the wrong way round, but what is the best way of getting around this?

Hey, my bad. I've amended the link, which seems to be working. But now my admin passwords aren't being recognised at all. They are alo encrypted in the phpMyAdmin tables. Are you able to help in restoring this?
