migration problem for the concrete folder

Hi guys,

I just did a full automatic migrated of all my domains, etc. Linux dedicated server that was using Plesk 10.2 for the contents ( over to a Linux VPS using Plesk 11.09..... all with hostway.

now my concrete folder did not move during the auto migration because i guess not in the root path, but obviously in the httpdocs and therefore the domain no longer will display any pages.

any thoughts on how to make everything work again.

note: My hostway tech guys are right now trying to manually move the concrete folder over into the httpdocs of the VPS and see what happens.

If they do succeed Will everything move over or will i be leaving files, etc. behind somewhere.

Please advise asap so i can get my site up again.

I do not understand why everything did not migrate properly the first time..... everything otherwise seems to be as it should be.

Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated
thanks

Your first statement scares me: 'full automatic migrated of all my domains'. In my experience, 'automatic' things should be avoided.

Tech support should have no problems moving the concrete folder but can't you just FTP your concrete folder to your local computer and then upload it to the new server?

yes got it all resolved. just had to remove the index.html file and everything great.

just had to put my thinking cap on and go back to other projects

on FTP yes probably correct, but used ssh instead from root of both servers at the same time

thx
