Moved the site from a subdomain, now having concrete connectivity issues.

Hello,

We recently launched our site, ats-denver.com. We developed the site under the sub-domain c5.ats-denver.com and had our project page on concrete5.org linked using this address first, for all the addons ect, while we developed.

After following the instructions to move the site from the sub-domain to the primary domain following the instructions found here:
http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/developers/how-to-mo...

The c5.ats-denver.com sub-domain has been removed and is not longer in use. Now, the site seems to constantly be losing connection to concrete5.org, as we have to log it back into the community about once a day. On the concrete5.org project page, it is still listing the c5.ats-denver.com - any chance I could have an admin remove this as its not longer valid?

It might also be that we have the atsdevner.com on the projects page showing - this domain is just a pointed domain name to ats-denver.com.

This is becoming rather frustrating for us at this point as we have to keep "logging" the site back into the community.

Any ideas how to fix this?

You may want to try doing the following, step-by-step:

1. On Concrete5.org, go to your account. Click on "Projects".
2. Select your old project (click on the name link).
3. On right menu, select "edit project". Here, you can delete the project.
4. At your new site, go to the dashboard and clear your cache, then logout.
5. Login to your site dashboard again, and try connecting to Concrete again.

From here, you should be ok. Let me know if this helped.

AH thanks! This seems to have worked. I was a little woried doing this as I wasn't sure what would happen with the licencing... but I just re-associated every addon with this.

Makes me like C5 that much more!
