I'm in the process of moving my website to another server.
Coping files from one server to local then back up to new server is taking hours. I;ve turned off cache and I'm confused about the cache files I still see. (I assume I need to remove them manually)

I'm seeing a "File" directory under My Website.
ie Mywebsite / Files (contains a Cache, tmp and trash Directories with many files)

I also see MyWebsite / Blocks / Files (this also contains Cache, tmp, Trash Directories

Under Cache I see CSS, Viewport (mytheme) and a number of Zend (and sub zend files) as well as temporary random number files for jpg and pdf etc

Can thes be removed and is there other files that can be removed.
