Moving c5 site from a hosting environment to another.

I am moving a c5 site from 1and1 to another 1and1 accont. it is built on the theme "salix".
I have followed the moving a website doc as best I could aided by a you tube tut.
Everything seems like it should be working. I get this error message when going to the site.

"An unexpected error occurred.
SessionHandler::read(): open(/homepages/1/d281174822/htdocs/clickandbuilds/concrete/kmc5/tmp/sess_21c4b7d0b10bca82f3c29f7b8d351f2c, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2)"

Can any one tell me where to fix this path?

I believe I have made all need files writeable and updated the data.php for new database.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply,

• I am running 8.1.0.
• I dumped my cash before making copy of site it's clear
• yes, updated permissions for these folders

file structure is attached.

I don't see any file: tmp/sess_8ff7d91e4593b6a0ce66ebfa2dde330c, in the tmp folder

I also tried changing the path line 47 in theNativeFileSessionHandler.php (attache img) file as mentioned in another post having similar problems but still get error messages.

any ideas?

I was also wondering if the issue could be cause because the orginal site was installed with a one click installer from 1and1?

I also have a theme ( salix ) installed on the site that I migrated could either or both of these be messing up the db and files transferred to the new site?
