Moving to a new server

I'm moving my sites over to a new server and the database names have a new prefix. I found the site.php file in some of the sites, but I still have half a dozen that does not have a config directory.

I've looked around the forums for about an hour and don't see anything about the file where I can change the DB names (besides the site.php.

I'm only the host provider and not the builder of the site. I'm transferring the site for my end user.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is no other file.
If a site doesn't have a config dir then you didn't transfer all files of the site. It may be that the FTP/SSH user you make use of to transfer the files has no permissions on the directory.

You could try adding a config dir, copy a site.php into it from another host and then correcting the config inside it to match your needs.

I did a cPanel backup and restore. No sites.php in the original location either. I saw a doc about folders that said something like "this assumes you have one install per domain and not a shared install." However the doc did not say anything else about the shared install. Any other ideas?
