For some reason that I do not understand, I keep getting this error when trying to install Concrete5.
I have four other sites with the exact same Concrete5 files and on the exact same server, so I honestly have no clue why this error is appearing.
I'm using 5.6.3.1 and i've looked online and previous solutions were resolved when this was launch i.e. Cookies - Changing the value to either 32/128
Any help would be appreciated!

I am using Ipage. Concrete5 has so many errors.
